Love Dr. Gupta but his head nurse is rude and disrespectful. I wish I could return, but if I do I know there will be an issue with the head nurse. It's not worth the headache.
Terrible service and very unprofessional costomer services. When you call about a bill nobody knows they keep giving different phone number. What they do trying to collect cash money from patients even though the patients are cover for medicare and medicaid. They send bills from 2 or 3 ago. Bills that I don't even owe.
Very long wait time, Staff and Doctor refused to take or review my past medical records which they required I bring in with me, Doctor has very limited knowledge of rheumatoid arthritis and its treatments, he was quite rude with me, after stating my medical records from the visit were mailed to me and I never received it while living about a mile from their office, staff left my personal medical records in the doorway of my building.
