Very Confident in Dr. Gupta and the care he provides. Staff is very professional.
I went in to get a pacemaker pocket revision because the edge of the pacemaker slipped into my under arm and was causing me horrible pain. I thought he was actually going to move it over more toward the middle of my chest. He actually barely moved it over a 2 or 3 inches and I'm basically in the same vote it was a complete waste of time. My daughters were very upset with his lack of care or empathy. I don't know what has gotten into him.
Dr. Gupta & check-out/scheduling staff (Laketta ?? spelling) were excellent. Both explained my upcoming procedures in a very understandable way. Dr. Gupta presented my options & discussed them thoroughly with me and answered all of my questions. We will be moving to FL in the near future, and I will definitely miss his concern for his patients, his knowledge of his patients, his caring attitude, and his outstanding dedication not only to his profession, but also to his patients. My mom had surgery with him twice the first time we told him my mom had seizures and needed to stay he said no she is fine well she ended up on a ventilator in his care and then today she had a seizure he just shrugged it off like let her have this her normal he still sent her home today like he didn't care the nurses there today were actually very caring he seems like he could care less. The first surgery was for a pace maker and then the pace maker slipped under her arm then she had to get it revised.
He got me together, I had surgery and he played no games everything went well.
