Suspected selling unneeded services. Painful routine cleaning and bleeding during, which has never happened at another dentist. Was told I needed root canal, crown, on a tooth with a chipped filling. Also recommended deep cleaning. Insurance denied all of these services. Got it refilled at another dentist. Everything's okay so far, will update if the root canal was actually needed.

I called the office to request a copy of my dental treatment receipt, but the front desk lady was very rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, she kept pushing me to make an appointment, even though I clearly explained I only needed a receipt. It was a frustrating experience, and I hope the office improves its customer service.

Be very careful at this place !!!!! They don't deserve even one star, they only see the way to charge you for everything and they don't care about your oral health. They are not reliable all the time they are different doctors, I had a very bad experience in that clinic they wanted to charge me for a treatment that my insurance had already covered they charged me $500 and then they said I had to pay $700 dollars more I called my insurance and they told me they had no reason to charge me, my insurance contacted them and they ... read more

Ils ne se soucient pas de la santé du patient ; ils veulent juste prendre l'argent des gens et les forcer à payer pour des choses dont ils n'ont pas besoin en dehors de leur assurance ! très mauvais service. Ils ne peuvent pas voir une dent cassée sur une radiographie !
