Sandee was a perfect realtor. She negotiated a good price on the house we purchased plus she and her office provided check lists of what we needed to do for the move, lists and phone numbers of vendors needed to set up our new home. And for taxes she sent a summary of expenses related to our purchase. I highly recommend Sandee.
Sandee was so AMAZING during my process of buying a home for the first time. She walked me through all of the steps and explained everything in detail. She took all of my wants and needs and helped me find the perfect home for me and my family. I truly couldn’t have found a better home without her. I will be forever grateful for her. She also explained the finance portions and doing a VA home loan. She helped make the whole process of buying a home so easy.
