We had an awesome time on a very nice Bennington pontoon boat. Jesse gave us excellent service and I would definitely use them again! Got a great deal through Groupon. Hit those island toward Edgwwater..my kids had a great time exploring!
I was told a certain price over the phone when I booked, but when I received my receipt, I was incorrectly charged. They also didn't have the boat we reserved available when we showed up. It's almost 2 months later and they have yet to refund me and every time I call they keep avoiding me. I'm very disappointed and we go to New Smyrna Beach many times per year and I will not be renting from Sand Dollar ever again.
Con artists. Don't trust them. No wonder on trip advisor they have such a huge amount of negative reviews. They won't credit my money either.
See my recommendation...my experience with Sand Dollar folks was the best!!!! Ruby was amazing!!!!!
We rented a hurricane deck boat for my husbands birthday and we couldnt have had a better time! We had 7 people on the boat and everybody seemed to fit confortably. Joel was great and answered any questions we had and the service was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back for another boating day!
