We had the most amazing stay at Sandcastle Apparments in December 2025. The accommodation was beautiful, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The beautiful beach is a stones throw away and its a short walk into the town where therr are plenty of shops and restaurants. Jenny and Barry were so knowledgeable about the local area and gave us some great recommendations for activities and smashing places to eat. They couldn't have been more helpful.
One of the greatest spots with exceptional service in the whole of Port. We always make a point to spend a few days here on the way up or down the coast. Great ppl who run it with awesome views of town beach. It is very well priced too. Highly recommend!
Location is just across the road to the beach and 15 mins walk to the town centre. Couple on reception are very welcoming and friendly. Clean spacious apartments but not generous with shampoo, toilet roll etc. Bring shower gel and tissues.
If I could give this accommodation zero stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever!!! Experienced in my life!! Do not stay at these appartments.
Fantastic apartments right on Town Beach. Beautiful and modern apartments, fantastic views of Town Beach and a short walk to the heart of Port Macquarie and restaurants, etc. Also, wonderful hosts looked after us very well. Looking forward to our next stay!
