I would never use this company. They are unsafe and unprofessional and when I told them about a scenario I was hung up on and they didn’t want to address me. The arrogance and lack of concern for peoples safety are probably why they don’t have many good reviews at all. Terrible! Run away

Do NOT book any reservations with this company! I would have rated them a 0 STAR if I could have. I was assured that my reservation was made by Natalie only to find out that my rental was unavailable when I questioned her about my reservations. Horrible customer service!!!!

Would have rated this ZERO if I could have. This was the worst rental experience we have ever had--and we rent multiple houses a year. From the reservation and payment process (they lost our payment multiple times) it only went downhill. We arrived to a barely cleaned house that was INFESTED with cockroaches. Roaches running all over the counters, in the cabinets, on the dishes, floors, everywhere. There was a newish fridge in the kitchen that wasn't working correctly so a lot of our food went bad.
