Hotel is awful. Tv don’t work without having to be programmed every day. Very poorly kept. Husband and I both got locked in bathroom at different times and they didn’t bother to fix. Just needs condemned in my opinion for what they charge and what you get.
DO NOT STAY here. We stayed for three nights and the only positive was the location. The bathroom is covered in mold and the floor looks like it has never been cleaned. There was a urine smell in the stairwell and a sewage smell in the room. We had issues with cockroaches in the room also. Room cleaning is by request and you are not told this at check in. Stayed 3 nights. Requested numerous times to have room cleaned and always an excuse as to why it wasn't done. We were walking around with towels under our feet. Cold water didn't work in the sink, air conditioner was very loud, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the room had a sewer smell. Rooms are very old and dirty. To top it off there is a problem with cock roaches. We paid 980. canadian and feel like fools for letting ourselves put up with it. I do not recommend this hotel. Stayed July 2025.
Great location. A short walk to the pier, shopping, and great restaurants. Hotel on corner of 14th street which is only a 1 block walk to the beach. Hotel remodeled with in the last 5-7 years. Looks nice, needs new mattresses. BUT, management needs to monitor the cleaning crews. They have not cleaned behind the toilets or the bathroom door in years. Black crud, dirt, and who knows what, built up behind the toilet and door. Really disgusting.
Location you can’t beat it ! We had a very nice ac and fridge in the room however the rest of the room was horrible. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut toilet you had to hold handle up and the shower you either got nothing but cold or scalding hot there was no in between! . We booked for 6 nights but only staying 5 we’ve had enough! We got room service the first day but never seen anyone again so had to go the front desk dailey for towels etc!
