Sandcastle hired a fence contractor to install a 40 ft wooden fence on my new-build townhouse in 2016. I bought it brand new in 2017 and in 2020, five out of ten posts failed (not due to wind). When I politely requested that their fence installer come fix this fence, they informed me that it is no longer under warranty (which I already knew) and then outright ignored my follow up email asking for them to do "the right thing" and cover the repair.
