Sandcastle Homecare is a great company to work for. I'm a beginner in the caregiver field but they made everything very easy and walked me through every step of the requirement process. They were very friendly and transparent. They're considerate of us as people and handle everything pertaining to ones employment as fairly as possible. They're willing to work with you as far as what you're capable of doing in trying to find shifts to fill. Its been more enjoyable than any other jobs I've held.
