5 stars isn't enough.. it's way beyond 5 ☆. This is our 3rd stay here. Apartment clean,staff go that extra mile to make your stay welcome, and location is exceptional.
We really enjoyed our stay in the two bedroom unit with a secure carpark. It was very clean. A brilliant location. You can walk to town. There is a hatted restaurant on site. A bowling club right next door. A coffee shop on the beach across the road. Great reception. We loved it that much we stayed a further week. We plan to return. We are two seniors. It gives a lot of comfort to the aged as no stairs & easy lift access.
Me and my family of 4 and 2 grandparents come here every year and it never disappoints. The rooms are great, especially the ones with the TV and lounge at the back of the apartment, the only downside is the toilet. It has this translucent glass so people can practically see you while you’re in there doing your business, everything else is great though. The wife and I have stayed at The Sandcastle a lot. We keep coming back and it never disappoints. The appartments are clean and modern. The beds are comfy. And the views are awesome! The location is perfect, right across the road to Town Beach. And the reception staff are super nice and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!
Friendly welcome from the manager and a wonderful view from my high level huge apartment. Convenient garage, lift direct to apartment entry. Fantastic location, an easy walk into town along the boardwalk. A couple of let downs. The bed way too soft, blinds in bedroom insufficient in blocking light at night. Dishwasher did not work for me! Decor could do with an upgrade, please get new bedside lamps.
