I received a gift certificate for this spa. I scheduled an appointment for a Pure Focus massage and Pedicure. The massage was wonderful. Jessica, the massage therapist did a fantastic job, really took her time, was very professional and I will definitely go back to her. However, I was very disappointed with the pedicure. The girl who did it didn't even buff the bottoms of my feet or remove any rough spots. I spent most of the time soaking in water or with hot towels wrapped around my feet. The place was at least trying. But all the good people are gone and the place has no idea what it's doing. Things change so much they don't even have a clue to whats going on. You may have a waiting room one day and the next it's gone. If you go there you are taking a chance your appointment may not be honored or you'll get some rude young girl to greet you. The best is geting someone that has no idea what they are doing to work on you. Save your time save your money they have no clue on what they are doing and never will.
I am a spa worshipper. This USED to be THE place to go, two owners and two years ago. They try now, but all the really skilled are gone and so is the experience. My friends and I have all changed to a place you can really find Serenity at.
I had the half day bliss and it was so relaxing.From the time I entered the building the scents were great and put me in a tranquil state of mind. I was greeted by Julie at the front desk and she made me feel right at home. I was introduced to my massage therapist Cathy, this was my first massage and she really put me at ease. My skin theraist Karen was also very good and explaned every step and how to keep up a good regiment at home.
