You would think for almost $400 a month in HOA fees that this would actually be a nice neighborhood to live in. Wrong. There’s basketball courts with no hoops, the chairs by the pool are original from the 80’s and the people who work in the office are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Every time I try to call, I have to call multiple times because no one ever answers on the first time. Today I called from 9:00-9:25 until someone finally answered. Mike and john did a great job. They went over the moving plan from the beginning so I could understand the operation. Then they wrapped all my things (I didn’t include the packing materials on my estimate). Then they loaded the things on the truck perfectly. I used more space than what I quoted so I had to pay extra for that, but the rate was accurate, so it was fine. At the end everything went according to what the guys told me. Honest and decent people.
