HOA costs on the rise due to poor HOA management. They don't bother to hear residents opinions before making costly decisions. Joanne is extremely rude and says hateful things to us and other residents. She acted as if we needed her permission to buy our townhouse, then insisted we don't believe COVID is real... excuse me???

I’ve lived in Sandalwood since 1999. Management has declined over the years and it seems that many renters in the community are undesirable. The HOA Board needs to be a bit more selective when approving renters in this community. Joanne, the property manager, is literally the rudest person I’ve ever had an experience with. I guess she forgets WE pay her salary. She is not helpful, she doesn’t return phone calls or emails and believe me this is not just my opinion.
