I live there and there are a lot more blacks than whites I don't care because I'm not racist. But one person said she was turned down because Amy the Apt manager is racist. That is just absurd. Amy is very understanding and will help you as best as she can no matter who you are or what color you are. My advice is get to know some one first before you label them.

This place does not like black people I was on a wait list for over 4 months and when I was calling to check the status of my application because I am 8 months pregnant and homeless they denied my application at the last minute and ignored my phone calls for weeks straight if you are black don't even waste your time here with Amy she is racist.
