It was great, cheap and comfortable, and close to everything.
we put down a 300 dollar deposit and paid 80 dollars for our application fee. rent was supposed to be 975 but they were going to renovate so it would be 1025 which I agreed to pay. after application came back they wanted 750 more for a deposit and first and last month's rent. a grand total of 3100 dollars. there reason was because we had just moved to Colorado and we had not had our jobs long enough. I would highly discourage applying at this apartment complex.
