Called two months in advance to set up the intent to vacate for our apartment but we may be interested in renting a townhome. The employee we talked to said he would make a note to start the process, but apparently failed to do so based on our letter forty days in advance telling us we’re now responsible for the next 60 days because we failed to give 60 days notice. Hated living at Sandalwood thin floors and walls people banging and stomping all hours. So many fees and other out of pocket expenses, such as parking, media.... Our base rent was around $1270.00 a month and we ended up paying over $1670.00. Now after moving they are hitting us with unexpected $600.00+ cleaning expenses and won't answer our calls. Good thing we video recorded the apartment upon leaving.
The office people never answer the phone, the online rent portal never had the right amount the day the rent was due. Numerous times you'd have to go on pay again. Management does nothing about the amount of dog crap was left un-picked up by residents. Visitors park where they are not supposed to
RecommendedThe apartments are absolutely beautiful the amenities I hear are great I've only been down at the pool once I'm not been to the weight room but I heard it's really nice the little Club room that they have is beautiful at spacious the people are friendly it's nice here

If it let me do half a star I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous! Management doesn’t care to enforce anything, let alone care about the property or the tenants themselves. Now the tenants are inconsiderate of other tenants as well. I was in a ground floor apartment by the pool with family and other tenants would blast there music past quiet hours and I had a sleeping infant so this caused my baby to wake up more than he should. I would recommend sandalwood once you get inside the apartments it's nice and quiet be outside not too bad for the most part they're doing some freelance key and the pool with the barbecue area very very nice
