Where do I start... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The manager is never there, you don't hand your rent to a person you slide it in a drop box, you can never contact the manager because she never answers the phone! I called for 2 weeks straight and got no answer, but I sent a text message and got a reply telling me she works hectic hours and doesn't really have time.
