Professional personnel
The worse front office staff I have ever seen. No follow up on anything, lost or not found reports given to the doctor. You call and put through a million phone games but yet when you go in they are all sitting around talking, eating, fixing their make up. No one answers phones. Very short and some what rude when questioning anything. They act like patients are dumb and know nothing about their own care.
