Disappointing service and communication. Still waiting for the leather keychain I ordered in February, my messages have gone unanswered for a refund or for the order to be fulfilled. I’ve always supported this business, very disappointed.

Very disappointed in the service. Received a defective product and paid shipping to send it back for a new item. That product was also defective so paid additional shipping to send it back again and requested a full refund. Kim received the second box on Feb 24th. Not only has she ignored my texts but she hasn't refunded the $60+ in shipping costs, nor for the product itself ($65 plus tax). She had time to comment on her Facebook posts though.
