Took an expensive ring PL900, Diamonds an sapphire over 3.40 CTW ring to them to be sized up one size. They returned it after 7 days with two crack lines or joint lines and deep crimp marks on the band, totally unacceptable workmanship and sub par quality of work. They pretended they couldn’t see it, till I took pictures with my phone and enlarged them , very clear…. They then would not admit fault and asked for 3 more days to correct the ring.
