I have used Jennifer Reyes 3 times - haircuts and a balayage. Overall state her service was acceptable but had some trouble on the last appointment. Basically was 10 minutes late and appointment was marked as a no-show and I was charged full price. Jennifer is stating to me this is her policy but it was not obvious.
