short staffed. high turnover in staff. untrained, rules that make more complicated and more work for everyone, not neccessary- no scooters allowed in dining area at all. unresponsive or very slow in response to calls to front desk for help. emergency call system has failed twice, or no one up front at all to monitor it. maybe 1 person on duty for weekend/nites sometimes. food has turned terrible as well. gave it over a year to improve. all talk, but no real improvments. building and apartment itself is nice, but service is poor and uncaring.
