Worst experience . Called them Friday and asked if I needed an appointment. They said no. Took the 30 min drive for them to tell me to come back at 2. I just called . Now, Monday night he calls me and asks if I still need service. Yes I do. I’ll be there tomorrow at 8 am . It’s 8:40 now and nobody’s here. He called me!
Dropped in with no appointment to see about getting my exhaust modified (new muffler, resonator delete) and they got me right in. Great service. Prices was good as well
My husband sent me over there for them to take a look at what was wrong with our muffler. My first time being there. I spoke to Zach one of their workers and he was very polite. In my personal experience as a female most car related shops make you feel stupid, intimidated, not entirely comfortable, and over all dismiss most of anything you have to say, but Sand Mountain Muffler did not make me feel any of those ways.
