Have been patient with Dr PETERS for about 39 years. He’s always took great care of my problems. All the other doctors are also good. Everyone is nice and caring. I highly recommend SMFPC.
RecommendedRecently Dr. Wayne Peters referred me for a routine 3D mammogram. By the next morning I was called to have more tests. Dr. Peters refrred me to Dr. Lancaster, a breast care surgeion in HSV, and after several biopsys it was confirmed I have cancer in the breast and lymph nodes. I'm due for surgery this week. I have been going to Dr Roan Gannon for a long time. He is more than a doctor to me he is my friend. He listens and cares about me. If you are looking for a great place for your health care needs, Sand Mt Family Practice is the place. Never a wait when you get there, and the nurses are so caring and loving.
I Do Not Recommend due to the rude, disrespectful, and unprofessionalism I received by Sandra in the office. Sandra was not only disrespectful to me, but to my mother as well. The wonderful Dr. Ratcliffe gave birth to me and I was a patient of his for over half my life. Through those years of experience with this practice and others I have never witnessed such awful office etiquette.
Both times I've had to go since losing my insurance, they have been very helpful with working with me on payments. I've called and they've made me an appointment that day and I was in an out before my actual scheduled appointment time!
Thank you Dr. Storey! Was in and out in short period of time! Diagnosis was spot on! Feeling much better! �✝�
