I recently had surgery at Sandlake surgery center. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this facility.
I had an extremely positive experience at Sand Lake Surgery Center. All of the administrative as well as clinical staff were extremely kind, professional and competent. It was refreshing to check in at a medical facility and have even the front desk person cheerful (mind you very early in the morning) and informative. My surgeon performed my knee replacement here. At first I was a little skeptical about the surgery center as it’s an older building, but everything went off without any problems. I got my call with the time and further instructions a day in advance. The staff was fantastic, with Nurse Vanessa providing the most comprehensive discharge I’ve ever had. They do need to work on the aesthetics and AC in waiting lobby but the surgical suites were fine. If not for the staff I’d have given them 3 stars. They do a ton of surgeries her... read more
Well Ac is broken and the CO2 vent is going thru the roof, but exiting on the bathroom and room since is a tile roof. The woman up front told us she couldn't say anything because her boss keep telling her it fine? What in the world is this place open for with no a properly ac in place. Ridiculous how they are putting people at risk
