I went for total knee surgery replacement and had an amazing experience.....yes, getting a full knee replacement and couldn't have asked for a better team at Sand Lake surgery center. Everything was on time and ran super smoothly— Insurance went well because I was prepared, no surprises. I was scheduled for 9:30, wheeled in at 9:20, and under by 9:25. My experience at the Sand Lake Surgery Center was positive. The staff were all professional, responsive and friendly. The surgery went flawlessly. In addition, billing went smoothly. I had selected them because they were much more cost competitive than the hospital-owned surgery centers. I would use them again!

Billing department is totally inept, god awful customer service and zero communication, i called Billing 400 times they never answered stay away from Sand lake surgical center or it will be your worst nightmare 😡
