They are the best!
Sadly, we had Sand King do our flooring in 2021. I’m not even sure where to begin with all the things that went wrong. First I’ll start by saying that they told us our move-in date, and then after we moved everything into our new home, where they were re-doing the floors, they then told us that we moved in too quickly. Leading us to need to go back to our rental for another week. They blew out a power outlet to the point where it was a fire hazard, and weren’t going to tell us or fix it. Deke and his crew did an excellent job on our floors. They were fast and professional when we were in a time crunch and the finished product looks great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed floor work.
Deke and crew did a great job refinishing my floors downstairs and installing new hardwood upstairs.
We had the unfortunate experience of having Sand King work on our floors. Our general contractor used them as a sub and we wish we had requested someone else. The project was straightforward--refinishing some existing wood floors and installing/finishing a new floor. But it took weeks and in the end we have a mediocre job with a good chunk of the work left for me to correct. The floors have multiple "wavy" sections where the sanding was uneven.
