DON’T TRUST THEM!! I paid for a specific house and was not aware that I would not be getting the house I paid for until we had already arrived and put into a different home. The home was NOT comparable to the home I paid for. There were less beds for our party of 13 that we counted on and there was no private pool which we paid a premium for. BE AWARE. Those running Sand Hollow Vacation Rentals only care about their money, and will take it in any means possible, they put us in the WRONG house yet still charged us the price of the original home we rented! We ended up paying hundreds over the cost of the home we got. They did not give us any refund, not even a partial refund. The home we booked had a pool (which we paid a much higher price for) and the home they put us in did not have a pool. Beautiful homes with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. We stayed in a home with a pool onsite. We will definitely stay at Sand Hollow Vacation Rentals again.
