Renee K is poor excuse for a property manager. She has a lack of understanding for her job and professionalism. She is money-hungry and has no idea what it means to manage a property. They have a poorly written leases with zero responsibility on their end as property managers. I would not recommend a rental property from Sand Dollar to anyone. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
