Best experience, best value real estate firm we have found. We have saved tens of thousands of dollars flipping houses and not using a realtor through them. Typical realtor fee is $5000 to $6000. Sandollar fee, $300!

Rob did a superior job. He helped me with a Limited Service Listing. It was very affordable and and my property was listed on the MLS. He and his staff were very responsive to open house listing requests & minor changes to the listing. After I came to an agreement with the buyer, Rob also wrote up the contract for a ridiculously low fee. Throughout the process, they shared information and hints that made selling my home by myself, very easy.
