I have used Sand Dollar Realty’s flat fee services before. The process they have is straight forward with a detailed outline on their website. I really appreciated Judith’s patience, and assistance while going through the process of recording our data in the MLS. Rob and Judith have been great with communication, answering questions, and notifying us if anyone contacted them directly regarding our listing.
