Rob and Judith were easy to work with... My townhome sold on first viewing ..very quickly. Rob followed thru on all questions buyer and their agent had. My advise to sellers is to make sure b4 the closing date your Sand dollar contract is in total agreement with closing docs/ net to seller. Very Important!
I would highly recommend SD Realty. I sold my home for $597,000 and Rob and Judith walked me through the whole process. Paid $14,925 in commission instead of $35,820. It took 90 days but be patient it is worth the savings.
