I really enjoyed my experience with Sand Dollar. We hired them to create our listing on mls and they are very easy to work with, very responsive and professional. Saved about $17K in commission by using them rather than a traditional listing agent. If you have the time to show your property and are comfortable with real estate transactions this is a great way to go. I have other properties listed with them because I am very confident in them. 5 Star operation without a doubt.
