I rented a house through Sand Dollar and they were such great hosts. The house was beautiful and the team was very helpful! Definitely recommend renting through them.
Won't rent to you if you are even five points below their arbitrary credit score requirement even if you work full time and offer additional months of rent upfront response to response: There is a difference between requiring and the renter offering. Your comparison to a small bank loan is irrelevant and not even true. Setting a hard arbitrary credit score requirement doesn't ensure you find good tenants and is bad business.
