I have been coming to LBI since I was born but this was the first time my family rented from Sand Dollar Real Estate. The entire process went smooth and seamless, and we loved the house we rented. Would definitely rent from them again!
I wish i could give -00000 stars. Very unprofessional & apparently it is all about the money & not the client. So typical of the new breed on LBI. Our original realtor (retired) would have never treated me the way i was treated by a realtor named Sam. Lucky for me found Island Realty & i am so happy!! Run don't walk from this realtor.

They are “Not” accommodating to individual experiences. We rented a high end property which is a 30 min ride from the real estate agency. We arrived 30 minutes early to pick up the key after being in a lot of traffic. They are aware we still have a 30 min drive to the rental property but completely inflexible. Instead we have to sit in the hot car and wait outside their door. We weren’t asking to go in the property early just asking to get the key to get back on the road to arrive when we were supposed to.
