Everything was fine while living there but they hit you with hundreds of dollars of bogus charges when you leave. We were told everything looked fine at the exit walkthrough then got a huge bill for carpet replacement and cleaning for normal wear and tear. They send you to collection who threatens to ruin your credit if you don’t pay. Your only choices are to hire a lawyer or pay them.
