The last reviewer was the daughter of one of our customers who purchased a barn home from Sand Creek Post & Beam. Her only involvement was to "help" her parents with their project. From our CAD department to our project manager, to our construction services manager, to the construction crew it was pretty much unanimous: this was the most difficult customer they've ever had to deal with in almost 800 customers. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone nor would I wish our experience on anyone. We, the customer, were blamed for all of their mismanagement issues. Everything from running out of materials to taking almost 3 months longer than promised. There was no management of the project and the site was a mess. We, the homeowner spent hours cleaning it.
