We here at Sand Creek Mobile Home Park offer a quiet and peaceful community that includes a wide variety of amenities for seniors, (pool, hot tub, billiards room, laundromat, 12 hours a day 7 days a week security patrol etc), very friendly and knowledgeable management. We also offer very flexible and affordable housing for seniors that are on fixed low income budgets, prompt attention to the maintenance of all of our newly remodeled rental units.

I have lived here in the park since 1994 & the park was well maintained for awhile. It has been my home here.Since then the park has continued to GO down hill, the streets are poorly paved. The rent goes up yet there is no improvement to the park. Sorry to say
