RecommendedI have been taking my 3 cats here for over 4 years now. I've never had to make an appointment for an emergency until last Thursday. Dr. Carmichael was amazing and listened to all my concerns. Unfortunately, Dobby ended up needing to go to the emergency vet to get surgery for an intestinal blockage as it would be after hours. RecommendedWe’ve been going here for about 3 years and we are treated with the utmost care and compassion each time! Across the board, everyone is so kind.. I can’t think of a time we’ve ever had an issue. Dr. Friello is our primary vet but we’ve seen (I’m pretty sure) every provider at the practice at some point and can say, with confidence, we trust them completely. I understand covid has many people worried but not allowing me to go in with my dog is a deal breaker! sorry but you never informed me I could not go inside with her until I was parked outside. You lost a customer of 12+yrs !

RecommendedAfter trying 8 different vet offices over the years for my medically complicated lab retriever, we finally found our forever vet! I have never experienced a more dedicated, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff. Dr Carmichael and her husband Dr McDaniel have blown me away with the time they invest to consult, research and follow up on my sweet girl. I truly feel like my dog is their only patient that’s how dedicated they are. I don’t have one negative thing I could even think of to say. They are the best of the best!
