MOLD MOLD MOLD and POOR MANAGEMENT! The mold is hidden in the walls & they force you to run your air at 76 degrees to mask the issue throughout the complex. They would never show me the results of the mold testing and now I have health issues. The Property Management is a joke at Sand Cove. There's always some kind of issue... water is turned off due to plumbing issues, elevators not working because they are too cheap to fix it the correct way.
