Nice place to get away from the city. Liked that dogs were welcome. Everything was as advertised. The biggest complaint (why I didn't rate this as a 5) is because the air conditioners are very noisy and squeal at a high pitch. Made it very hard to sleep-which is what your supposed to do on vacation. There is also a short step from the living room into the screened in porch area that is not marked and is a trip hazard. It really needs to be addressed. I would recommend this cottage if the air conditioners are fixed.

Avoid at All Costs – Both Renters and Owners Beware Our recent stay at a property managed by Sandy County Service Company was hands-down the worst rental experience we’ve ever had. If this is their idea of “management,” it’s nothing more than collecting checks while ignoring basic upkeep, cleanliness, and guest safety. The home we rented was filthy on arrival — dust, debris, dead bugs, trash under the bed, and a comforter that was clearly unwashed. We had an amazing time at our condo this week! Some of our favorite things were the fact that it was right off the pool, the condo’s beautiful decor, all the fun music and movies provided, the popcorn maker :-) the ambience outside, the trail down to the river & 2 TVs with availability to apps. We will definitely be coming back!
