Avoid at All Costs – Both Renters and Owners Beware Our recent stay at a property managed by Sandy County Service Company was hands-down the worst rental experience we’ve ever had. If this is their idea of “management,” it’s nothing more than collecting checks while ignoring basic upkeep, cleanliness, and guest safety. The home we rented was filthy on arrival — dust, debris, dead bugs, trash under the bed, and a comforter that was clearly unwashed. Been staying here for years. Great location for hanging out on the lake for fishing and boating.
We had an amazing time at our condo this week! Some of our favorite things were the fact that it was right off the pool, the condo’s beautiful decor, all the fun music and movies provided, the popcorn maker :-) the ambience outside, the trail down to the river & 2 TVs with availability to apps. We will definitely be coming back!

They’ve really been an amazing company to work with. George was amazing & spoke with a lady over the phone who was so informative & helpful with details about my trip. This will be my 2nd time using them & will absolutely continue to use them going forward when I’m traveling to the dells area!
