My father lives there. We asked multiple times to fix his apartment where a kitchen is full of mold appliances don’t work, food spoils in the 50 year old refrigerator. Floors are broken and bathroom is leaking and not accessible for 87 year old disabled person. Management even did not respond to the letters and requests. Elevators work every other day smell urine. 7-11 seagirt they just post the listing collect your info and take down the listing only to later relist the apt at a higher price idk which one of them is worst. 7-11 seagirt or wavecrest seagirt that just collect your data and deny you constantly.

I've been living here since February 2017 I was so happy when I got my studio what I liked most was my balcony and I really got so depressed behind it I think it's not fair life is not fair but why did they take some studios balconies and the other apartments not there balconies I think they should lower rent for them taking up balconies away or put them back can somebody give me some feedback what should I do for them to put our balconies back or lower our rent who do I speak to who do I go to the president LOL
