My father lives there. We asked multiple times to fix his apartment where a kitchen is full of mold appliances don’t work, food spoils in the 50 year old refrigerator. Floors are broken and bathroom is leaking and not accessible for 87 year old disabled person. Management even did not respond to the letters and requests. Elevators work every other day smell urine.
