We were taking our golden, Peyton, to a different Vet for several years, and It was obvious that Peyton did not like going there he wasn’t his sweet self. By recommendation we took him to Dr. Bassi and what a difference, I always said Peyton could tell that he cared for him. I’ve taken my Great Dane here for routine care and my cat for an emergency. Both were treated with care and not I was not taken advantage of, or over charged!
Dr Bassi treated my Great Dane Ana and kept me in the loop through out her surgery. You know your dog appreciates the vet when during the follow up she licked him on the chin. She had been carrying around a 2 lb mass under her chin for a year due to our original vet suggests to drain only. I will go see Dr Bassi for now on.
Dr Bassi and his staff rock! I had a huge cat emergency where my cat was bleeding profusely and at that time had no vet. I rushed him down to Sand Canyon Animal Hospital and they went above the call of duty to make sure my cat got the emergency care that he needed. That emergency and the care that my cat received, made me realize this is the vet I need for my “zoo”!
Where do I start?!? What an incredible establishment. The staff is wonderful and the doctor is kind & very attentive. My dog went missing last night and was hit by car and actually got up to run off again. We looked all night and again today. By a miracle someone found him. I took my fur baby to this hospital for him to be throughly checked. They knew what a long emotional journey it had been with us and even made sure to be silly to lighten up my tapped out spirit. Not a fan of this place at all! My baby had a collapsed trachea and instead of treating it he talked me into getting his teeth pulled for $2,000 and said that was the problem. Did, no phone call asking how my baby was. Should have been my first sign. Every other vet I have been to has called to see how my pet was doing after treatment. Went 3 other times big charges and meds. Never a follow up call. I didn’t sleep through the night for over a month. They still don’t know my baby passed and obviously don’t care!!
