As a tenant avoid any properties managed by this company. They will lie to you about work to be done on a property before you move in then when it comes time none of the work happens. Then finally when it is time to move out they will allow shady landlords to violate the California tenant laws and keep excessive amounts of deposit money. During my lease they did 0 property management other than Anna Marie threatening to enter the premises without notice because she has a key.
AnnaMarie did a fabulous job selling our house in a timely manner, with no hassle, and for the right price! She even helped us sell our furniture, which made it much easier to move out of the state. I would definitely recommend Sand and Sea Realty!
Anna Marie is a well rounded, knowledgeable, and experienced agent. Her personality is solid and most importantly work ethics. I would recommended her to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home with SoCal region.
