Sanctuary Wellness Spa has a calm and peaceful vibe and the owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your wellbeing. Of the services they offer: Exomind improved the quality of my sleep tremendously. As a life long insomniac on meds for it, I’ve never slept more soundly than with six short sessions of Exomind. Sanctuary wellness was amazing for me! Using the Exomind and PMF therapy was both relaxing and refreshing. The Exomind helped me clear my mind of brain fog, work through anxiety with a clearer head, and concentrate better. I am incredibly grateful for the experience and would recommend it for a wide variety of issues!
A couple of weeks ago, I tried the PEMF mat for the first time and the results still have me in shock. I have been dealing with sacral joint pain and even my leg on that side would hurt. I dealt with the pain and discomfort for a couple of years because I just never could find or make the time to see a chiropractor. As a Co-Owner I will acknowledge that some people may think I have a biased opinion lol. However, I have utilized all the services we have to offer and I can say the PEMF is my favorite. This sauna is the real deal, I always feel better after a 30 minute session of the infrared sauna. It's my favorite 30 minutes of the day, and I take a nap in there after a long day of work. The staff is amazing and welcoming. I'm always laughing when I step foot in the building. Couldn't recommend anymore!!
