They offer a wide variety of services to support both mental and physical well-being, from innovative therapies like TMS/ExoMind to spa amenities including the infrared sauna, halotherapy, PEMF mat, compression therapy and relaxation areas. Sanctuary Wellness Spa has a calm and peaceful vibe and the owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your wellbeing. Of the services they offer: Exomind improved the quality of my sleep tremendously. As a life long insomniac on meds for it, I’ve never slept more soundly than with six short sessions of Exomind.
