This sauna is the real deal, I always feel better after a 30 minute session of the infrared sauna. It's my favorite 30 minutes of the day, and I take a nap in there after a long day of work. The staff is amazing and welcoming. I'm always laughing when I step foot in the building. Couldn't recommend anymore!!

After being diagnosed with Lyme disease, my chiropractor & lyme literate medical doctor suggested I start using infared sauna. My chiropractor suggested Sanctuary Wellness. One of the workers (possibly the owner or manager) Holly is absolutely wonderful! She made me feel right at home on my first day there and reviewed all the services and packages. As far as holistic spas go with saunas and holistic equipment such as the lymphatic compression sleeves, FEMP mat, this is the most affordable one I’ve been to! Highly recommend if you’re looking to improve your health and mood but not break the bank. The facility was very homey and clean. It’s around the back of the Juniper grill in that plaza
I cannot praise Sanctuary Wellness enough. I have been a member for over a year! The infrared sauna is my favorite! I feel a complete detoxification and rejuvenation each time I use it.
