Sanctuary Wellness is such a special place. They offer a wide variety of services to support both mental and physical well-being, from innovative therapies like TMS/ExoMind to spa amenities including the infrared sauna, halotherapy, PEMF mat, compression therapy and relaxation areas. Sanctuary Wellness Spa is amazing!! They offer many relaxing amenities. I especially enjoyed my time in the sauna & the PEMF therapy. It’s run by amazing people and is a safe/welcoming environment! Absolutely loved my time there, I just got a membership and I’m super excited to continue going!

One of the workers (possibly the owner or manager) Holly is absolutely wonderful! She made me feel right at home on my first day there and reviewed all the services and packages. As far as holistic spas go with saunas and holistic equipment such as the lymphatic compression sleeves, FEMP mat, this is the most affordable one I’ve been to! Sanctuary Wellness Spa has a calm and peaceful vibe and the owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your wellbeing. Of the services they offer: Exomind improved the quality of my sleep tremendously. As a life long insomniac on meds for it, I’ve never slept more soundly than with six short sessions of Exomind.
