I would be doing the city of New York a disservice if I didn’t leave Carmen a glowing review because she is truly THAT good. After just one visit, I could immediately tell how skilled, knowledgeable, and thorough she is. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable from the second I walked in.. exactly what a spa experience should be! On top of being incredible at what she does, she is extremely kind and genuinely goes above and beyond for her clients. I had such an amazing experience and cannot wait to go back!!
Carmen is knowledgeable and professional. She gave me guidance and referred me to a dermatologist for certain skin concerns. I really appreciate that, because some places will push products and services on you instead of making a proper referral. She was attentive to my individual needs as I shared past negative facial experiences, my skin sensitivities, and current routine. The signature facial was relaxing and smooth — never once felt rushed. Left feeling taken care of and glowing 😌✨
Carmen made the experience delightful! I went in for a massage and facial, and was left feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time. She keeps the space clean and organized, and ensured my comfort throughout my time there. It is safe to say that I am looking forward to a return visit in the future!
I had an amazing facial massage with Carmen! I have TMJ and a lot of neck and shoulder tightness and I felt better right after my treatment. Her space is so calm and relaxing and she is a lovely person! Highly recommend her!
Amazing experience, had an amazing Myofascial massage, will be coming again. Thank you Carmen! Update: I have gone back to see Carmen a few times. I got a face massage and then I most recently had a facial. The face massage is so relaxing, I came out of there feeling light and refreshed. Today I had a facial with her and my skin is glowing and is plumped up! Carmen is the best!!
