A great hotel, practically right on Times Square. We stayed in the rear section of the hotel and thought it was fantastic! It was wonderfully quiet, a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The staff were friendly, from the reception and housekeeping teams to the doorman. The room is getting a bit dated, though. I would definitely book here again!

Super Lage, sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Süße Rooftop Bar mit leckeren Cocktails. Preislich angemessen.

여기가 왜 4성급인지 모르겠습니다. 객실은 매우 낡았고 좁았습니다. 샤워기도 없어서 불편하게 씻어야했어요. 침대 프레임이나 램프 등등 낡고 먼지가 가득 있었어요. 복도나 로비는 너무 어두웠고 객실도 빛 하나 들어오지 않았습니다. 뷰는 말할 것도 없고요.. 에어컨을 작동시킬 때마다 너무 큰 소리가 나서 불편했습니다. 침대도 너무 좁고 푹 꺼져있었어요. 여러모로… 실망스러웠습니다. 타임스퀘어 근처 호텔들이 퀄리티에 비해 가격이 대부분 높다고는 했는데 여기가 과연 4성급이 맞을까 의구심만 계속 들었네요. 위치만큼은 최고입니다. 타임스퀘어 걸어서 2분거리, 록펠러센터 걸어서 5분거리라서 쇼핑하기엔 더없이 좋아요. 그거빼곤 장점이 단 하나도 없는 숙소입니다.

Belle petite hôtel à 2 min de time square. Elle est très propre quand même assez calme. Les chambres sont beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos qu’il montre mais confortable. Difficultés avec le service notre frigidaire dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas on a appelé à 2 reprises là réception mais il ne son jamais venu voir le problème.
