We enjoyed our stay and loved Haven, the rooftop bistro. The desk and cleaning services were excellent. We did encounter a large charge after the fact even though all charges were paid at check out and the hotel agreed. They are confused about the charges and can't explain but have not refunded them.

Pros: 1)Great location if you plan on seeing Broadway shows and visiting the Broadway museum. 2) Staff was lovely and helpful (with one exception). 3) Delicious sushi restaurant on the rooftop with wonderful staff. 4) Clean room and very nice shower. 5) Short walk to the subway and easy to get to/from LaGuardia on public transportation (which is SO much faster and cheaper than a private car/uber). Don’t be afraid of the subway and take the free bus to/from LaGuardia airport (Q70) - it’s so easy. Google Maps is your friend! C... read more
