Service was exceptional from every staff memeber we interacted with. The Hotel was very clean. The beds and pillows were SOOO comfortable, I miss them already. The only issue we encountered was that we ordered room service one evening and never recieved our order. We tried to follow up the next day to have the charges removed but they were never able to get it fixed before we had to checkout.

This is a lovely hotel just around the corner from times square and near to plenty of bars and restaurants everything about my stay was good apart from leaving, when I was told my 178 deposit would be paid back into my bank account,I have sent numerous emails asking for my deposit only to be told it will take a month,it's now over 5 weeks and no deposit paid back,I have now had to ask my bank to try an sort out this problem,I will definitely not be revisiting this hotel

The shower is in the actual room, so the only privacy is to pull a cu... read more
