Awesome hotel and really helpful staff, they can't do enough for you whether that is hotel related or advice on places etc out and about. The location can't be better....you are only a couple of blocks from Rockefeller and top of the tower, literally around the corner from time square and hop on hop off services for tours etc.....even being that close the noise and hype is not too much that you can't truly relax. The location was great and definitely exceeded our expectations. Time square and Broadway were only minutes walk away. The room was clean and cute. The staff were friendly and helpful. We needed a place to rest well after a long flight and see the sights before our cruise. Sanctuary hotel was perfect! We rested well and saw many sights. The front desk recommended a pizza place that was phenomenal. The hotel had complimentary breakfast and was food. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again if we ever come back ... read more
Yes! Great spot to stay. Absolutely enjoyed the zen vibes they have created with the interior. Staff was always ready to help. I had an amazing sleep too!
This was the worst place I ever stayed The room was 9’x 10’ queen bed, window of a concrete wall 2’ away (booked king room city view). Fire trap for sure! No a/c called 4 times room 78 degrees for day and half final they changed us to another room with a/c still looking at concrete wall only this time it was 4’ away from window. Do not stay here. The Edition or the Tempo so much nicer 2 doors down. Stayed at all 3 places and will never ever go back to the Sanctuary!
