Stayed there for 6 nights thoroughly enjoyed it and had a great stay, right on top of time square so easy to get everywhere and the hotel has nice facilities such as restaurants and bars etc This is my second time to this hotel and was booked this time due to great experience before so wasn’t disappointed again as another great stay here
Location is about as good as you could ask for and the staff is the pinnacle of hospitable, professional and kind.
Kind staff, super quiet floors. A great place to stay that is close to everything!
Did not even get to use my stay . This was mid December. Still waiting for reimbursement. Manager uncommunicative.
Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable beds. Staff are very friendly.
