There’s not enough space to say all the wonderful things there are to say about Sanctuary Holistic Kitchen, owner Robin, and her amazing staff! I get food here regularly as well as some of the other items sold here. Fire cider is a regular staple for me! Today I had the Japanese Rainbow Noodles which is gluten-free and vegan. Sanctuary Holistic Kitchen have taken over the running of the Alouette Bistro in the Lark & Owl Bookshop. Went there today to work, where I always get the $6 large French Press and shocked to see the same French Press Coffee is now $8.50. An Americano (Purity Coffee) is $6.50. These prices are crazy! I don't care how pure the coffee is, it's burning a hole in my pocket. Sadly, I won't be returning with prices. Shame as I always enjoyed going to their coffee shop but I simply refuse to pay these prices.
While visiting the area, I stopped in for some allergy-friendly meals to go from Sanctuary Holistic Kitchen. The flavors were fantastic! I am also so glad I got one of their sparkling drinks to enjoy right away.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place… The food is amazing and the staff is even better. I feel a sense of warmth everytime I walk in. Robin and her team have been so helpful everytime I’ve stopped by. Today I came in because my son was attacked by wasps at a nearby restaurant and she whipped up a solution to put on the stings and it helped him so much. Thankful for this store and happy it’s in such a convenient location off the square!
Amazing remedies, healthy meals to-go, juices, and all things plants. My go- to for soups, tinctures, teas, etc. When I'm feeling bad emotionally or physically, a visit here always lifts me up.
