For a homebuilder that is not charging 1,000,000+ for their homes, Pulte has been very responsive to any issues that we have let them know about. Sure there have been some things wrong with our new home in the 1st year of ownership. Paint imperfections, nail pops, drywall cracks due from movement, creaking floors (also due from movement)... Poor quality homes. They do t want to fix the mistakes correctly. Working on a year with little to no resolution. Run .. don’t even stop here. There so many other neighborhoods to build in. I have contact you guys before and I’m still in the same place I was then. My yard has been replaced but no fixes on the inside Still dealing with the doors and floors after a month of posting... 11 months total
