The staff at Sanctuary have been kind and empathetic, and I've been very comfortable working with them. Their office is lovely. I definitely recommend them.
If I could give them less than one star I absolutely would. Do not use this practice. After saying they take insurance on the internet, when you actually contact them they in fact do not accept ANY insurance. I was also told I would get a call back to schedule an appointment and then never heard from anyone. When I reached back out to find out when I could expect a call, as my teen whom I was trying to make the appointment for was in need of talking to a therapist, I was then told a supervisor was being copied on the email a... read more
